Good early morning, I took all day to watch this vlog on purpose. I just needed this vlog to last, so I watched it several times. Congrats on the new house and I totally agree you have to do what’s best for you. It’s sad that the fashion houses are still gatekeeping. Black influencers need to be in the same room as the other counterparts.

Unfortunately these luxury brands cater to a certain demographic I hope you use your platform to speak of changes needed to break in cause our money spends too & you wear it so dang gooooooD ! Congrats on your home and all the opportunities being offered for you! We’re in a recession & a horrible place in politics and natural disasters so to escape into fashion for a moment is needed! Thanks for vlogging Milan, one of my favorite cities. Josh did an excellent job. And I loved all of your looks, especially the all red look. It reminds me of Paris at one point in the 1980s, I think it was, when red was the color and women were everywhere dressed in red. LOL! I love red and have been buying red pieces for this season. How fun that you ran into Noorie. The photo of you two together is really cute. It's good that you canceled Paris as you have a lot on your plate and Paris can be a bit much at times. Paris will be there as it's not going anywhere and there will be other times to do Paris. I've been going there regularly since I was around 20 years old in the mid-1970s. Back in the 1970s/1980s and into part of the 1990s, designers and fashion events were more accessible as I used to get invited to quite a few in both Paris and here at home and I'm not even in the fashion industry as a profession. But, if one was a regular shopper of certain designers and design groups, then one sometimes ended up invited to shows and other events. It was also back when designers were more accessible. It was the same here in Los Angeles as I was swamped with fashion show invites in the 1980s and 1990s. Then, things changed. Fewer fashion shows and luncheons were being presented and as I've always commented, the internet ruined fashion in a way due to shows being put on the internet to watch instead of one actually attending them in person like before. The number of shows being presented was really reduced as it started becoming more expensive to produce and present actual, in-person shows. Greetings from Los Angeles

Hey luv! I think skipping Paris is a wise decision especially if your ROI isn't what it should be. You also have to take care of yourself and that means knowing when to fall back, recharge and redirect. You looked so beautiful and every fit was on point! Can't wait to see the new home!❤

Jenee, I must share that although I'm probably 20+ years your senior I absolutely adore you. Watching your style evolution reminds me so much of my life as a teenager in the 80s - which I'm inclined to express was by my definition thee 'the golden age' for Gen Xers...your ensemble at the opening of the video sparks such nostalgia*tears*...I won't bore you however with the small detail lol...let's just say the stirrup pants, over sized blazer and glasses, pixie cut is so me back in 1987. I’m really happy for you. New York vlog showed that it may be time to pivot and slow down. I love seeing you as a fashion girl but it should be on your terms.
