@@emismith4655 Maybe if they are extremely oversized, but a blazer will never go out of style. I regularly get complimented on my style, and like I said, I have been wearing them since 1993, before any of these kids were born.

Omg I disagreeee with some of them 😄 They seem to put too much effort to not look same with everyone and then their vibe sometimes feel cocky. I mean everybody hates skinny jeans but five years ago it was everything. you can say it’s outdated but we all used to wear them, love them. you don’t need to bash people who still wear them. Where’s the fun where’s the uniqueness. It’s a cycle. You will eventually wear skinny jeans again because then these jeans that they are wearing will be outdated, but I guess it’s their job to judge. Fun video 🫶🏻

I wish they gave us an educated guess on what they think won't be in style instead of what THEY don't like. I mean, I'm going to wear whatever I want, but It's more interesting to hear the evidence to back up their opinions.

Good one! It's obviously about personal preferences and some do actually mention "trends" but yet we don't know what trends we are talking about. High fashion? High street fashion? Like we've heard about flower chokers yet they never really set off apart from couture and being partly viral. High street retailers skipped them more than actually embracing them, for now at least.

This is why people are scared to dress how they want. Even in niche fashion spaces youll still get judged. Also Some of these people were wearing very overplayed trends themselves lol

The comment section in these videos are always so funny 😂 I love in these videos when people disagree with their friends or people say something that one of their friends happens to be wearing. It shows that fashion isn’t one persons opinion, and that’s the point of these videos!

I feel like the fact that everyone here is very young really shows in some of their takes. Like "I haven't worn skinny jeans for three years I think I'm done." That's not a long time! Trends will change and your style with change again and that's fine! But you can't really make any grand overarching predictions just based on what you've liked for a couple years.

Oversized clothing is gonna be out A slim, structure outfit is intemporel.

Going to show my age here BUT….. I’ll avoid low rise jeans as long as possible. Did that in high school in the mid ‘00s and spent my entire high school career pulling my pants up because they kept falling off and it is just so uncomfortable and I don’t like my butt to literally be cold. And… some times I want to tuck my pants into my boots. Sometimes it is just more comfortable. Before skinny jeans became popular, I remember folding up my boot jeans and stuffing them into my Ugg boots (was a tragic look admittedly) but also so uncomfortable. So keeping my skinny jeans for at least boots. Point is there are some reasons why we abandoned these trends gen z!

I agree with most of these but it seems very strange when future professionals of the industry say: „Blazers are out of style.“ Sorry, but Blazers, Trenchcoats and regular dress shoes will NEVER be out of style 💀 I could agree if the said oversized Blazers

Strongly against the Telfar take…less about the bag itself (although I did just get a denim and jelly 😋). But I see Telfar more as a community/culture shaking up the way we take part in “luxury” fashion with a fubu mentality. Luv the vids 🫶🏾💛

I love this, one of my favorite series' on youtube. I will never give up my Telfar bags but I like hearing everyone's honest takes. Its refreshing not to see echo chambers. Letting go of blazers was hard for me, but I did a few years back. I get what shes saying. As for the furry boots I liked them until they became a trend. Youd seee a few girls with them and it ususally went with their personality. Currently they're just overkill. Babes had me laughing soo hard at the stiff bangs. I agree.

5:14 realestgirl ever Ever since I ditched the "fem jeans" and started shopping in the man's section it's been a game changer for me. I love the way they fit me. Its so baggy but ir also has that lowrise action that I like. I Can wear it with a teeny tiny crop top and also and over oversized tshirt and it will look good!! Definitely aggre with this take!! But also makes me wonder, is it a look or am I just skinny? What matters is that I'm comfortable wearing it Ig, and it's not hurting anyone.

I will say for myself that I support Telfar because it is an amazing Black owned business in a very white dominated fashion industry... just an interesting little tid bit.. but I guess it is up to personal oppinion..

I think there is a very quirky girl fashion trend that is sort of jorts adjacent in the sense that it cuts the bottom (pants or skirt) at the knee and meets with a sock or a boot. And I hate that. It looks so bad.
