Probably because a queen with the style of LaLa Ri can easily switch it up to wear other things, but a glamour queen like Kahmora Hall would rely on very few silhouettes because they know it's the best for THEM but not for the judges who want to see versatility. Raja and Raven have preconceived notions about certain queens, and that's obviously for a reason. But who knows, they could be right or wrong, whatever. Kahmora Hall is one of my favourites in the cast, been following her since before S13 was revealed

I agree, given the high standard that the rest is setting. That jacket throws of the lines of the corset, that piece of fabric above the corset is unnecessary and makes it look like she has no neck and her (beautiful) hair is getting lost in the outfit. It's not awful but it just falls short
