Right? Summer dressing seems easy, but can be tricky! Probably because there's sooo much variety. A good tip is to have a direction when it comes to outfits, designs and colors. Even a capsule wardrobe can help tons!

The size tip is spot on 👏Such an overlooked mistake! It's the main reason why I rather shop in stores, even thrift stores instead of online. Not always possible, but whenever I can - I do it. Fit is everything!

Great tips with sizing! I need to upsize a pair of jeans I really love and didn't want to buy a bigger size, but now Jenee has spoken and you're right, who gives a damn!!!

This video was super helpful. As a confirmed neutrals lover that is trying to infuse color into my wardrobe- the color wheel portion was especially helpful. And OH MY QUEEN the accessories portion was dead on. I find that most neutral lovers have bomb-ass accessories for exactly the reason you mentioned.... accessories elevate the outfit. Yes please more of these videos🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿.

Listen, that get the size that FITS one is huge. I'm a size smaller on top than I am on the bottom, so I have clothes that range from a Medium to a 2XL depending on material, brand, cut, all these stuff we can't control. That's a huge one but not marrying yourself to a particular size and going for a particular fit really is the best way.

Yes. The worst thing we can do is just wear a size just because. It is so simple to buy what looks good on my body. I’m most confident when I am most comfortable. My other pet peeve is seeing someone wearing a tight belt on top of tight clothes especially when the tummy is protruding. Give me the xxx like the movies and beyond, but nothing that makes me look fat or old. I just can’t. If our clothes fit our body tight and are well fitted the compliments and double looks will be forthcoming.

The thing that has saved me from shopping for just an outfit is screen shots of things that I am considering buying with things I already have in my closet and making collages in the photo app. This is also a good way to figure out color schemes for vacation outfits or just capsules for seasons. For me it has also shown me what my closet staples are.
