In this cake decorating tutorial I show you how to make another fashion inspired, gravity defying cake! My son suggested this type of design, and who am I to say no to him?:) I also added this unique floral decoration that was inspired by a fabric decoration on a dress I saw on Pinterest. It is ganache made with butter instead of heavy cream

Nope they get stained with all the food coloring, but I assure you that they are.
