I taught myself all this over, now, 49 years of dealing with fascial constriction misdiagnosed as carpal tunnel with acute sciatica (accurate). I made myself the tools you've shown and more, and bought a TheraCane in the mid-'80s. Following along with you, I picked up the TheraCane right away to save my hands. I was still working on my traps and rhomboids when you got back to scalenes. 🙂 Only this morning did I search for "fascial constriction" and got your clip. I'm glad I did.

  • @Ariele.Foster

cracking is usually a sign of synovial joint pressure change -- not fascia at all. A physio exam can help clarify if this is a sign of some other problem or not.

@@Ariele.FosterI just read about your course. I'm going to sign up. I have the optp roller & another roller with spikes plus 2 soft balls, which I never use. I never use the roller bc it kills everywhere on my body. I used the spoke roller tonight for 1 hr & did 3 min holds in the areas that are so sore. When I would go back to that area 10 min later it was not even relieved. It still killed me. I guess this is years of built up fascia. And I have been getting regular deep tissue massage & acupuncture for years. I am always tight & sore when pressure is applied. I hope working the fascia more with your course will be the answer to release all this tension. Thank you

I have debilitating paralyzing daily panic attacks. He used me while he needed me and then discarded me like garbage. And I've learned the most alchemical magical lessons because of it... Like: - Nope, he didn't really actually truly discard me. THAT'S A LIE! The devil is a fucking liar! What he actually did is set me free. Only fear and the enemy/the devil, would have me see it as being discarded... - No such thing as good or bad. Both are just judgements. AND EVERYTHING IS A GIFT! EVERY THING!! Look for the gold. - I manifested his leaving. In two parts. Part one: my lower-self was always scared that I wasn't good enough for him. Part two: my higher-self knew/knows I deserve, and am worthy of, SO MUCH MORE than the breadcrumbs he offered me. I AM READY FOR MY TWIN-FLAME (RE)UNION. I am worthy and deserving. I am royalty: daughter of the most high; king of kings! - Smother all of it with love. The PTSD. The grief. The unbearable darkness. I rebuke it by smothering all of it: with love! I have DIVINIE AUTHORITY over all of it! I am royalty. I am an alchemist. This is MY transmutation process. - His coming was a gift. His leaving was a gift. All a gift. - Spend intimate deliberate intentional daily time with Jesus. A candle/light with a framed photo of him, at night... Chanting/repeating: * I love you * Thank you * I invite you * I need you * I welcome you * How can I serve you? * Let me serve you * Let me serve your name * Let me serve your holy kingdom - Our thoughts/feelings create reality! - Fuck manifesting *THINGS*. Manifest peace/love. And watch the miracles unfold! - In every memory, in every moment, look for, and find: the love and the gift. Those are the only things that are actually really real. - Self love is EVERYTHING!
