Great batrep! One suggestion, sometimes the combat ends so fast that it's easy to miss an operative dying when the wound count shows zero. If you added an animation or call-out, it would be a big improvement for how easy it is to follow the action!

@@2CasualYT if it's not too much more work, a close up of you taking the figure off the board or knocking it over would help visually as i agree with AJ that it can be difficult to know what's happened. (but i love the overall pace so wouldn't want you guys to change that too much!)

It was hard for us to get a hold of them, but we managed to grab one. The teams are being painted at the moment. We should have a video of them in about 1 or 2 weeks!

brilliant video guys. and great camerawork/editing - you must be capturing so much in between to give us the upclose movement shots! i’d love to see harlequins again but on an open map where their fly ability can be utilised

Hi! Great match and edition + comments are really really welcomed for noobs like me (starting to catch a glimpse on bands starting on Kill Team with my peers) . I know this is already 6 months old but... I have one key question though... I saw you both ended TP1 with 1CP each, but you started TP2 with 3 CP each, which means you generated 2CP in your Strategy Phase. How did you do so? Isn't it supposed to be 1CP each TP (unless some weird object or trait, of course)? I've been checking Crit Ops changes but they say nothing about a change in that, only in that Leaders give 3CP instead of 2CP at the pre-match Stage. Thanks!

I would love some recap of movements from above during the recap of each turning point

At 19:00 how are you shooting, charging, and fighting? Was there an extra APL from the soulweaver I missed?

Yeah at 11:23 the soul weaver gave the leader an additional APL after the leader after the leader already activated. The APL modification carries to the next turn and goes away after the affected models next activation.

Where did these Corsair helmets come from? They look really nice and I'm not a fan of the dark elf inspired helmets of most of the Corsairs.

They kinda have 1 valid strat, which is to take balance the books with recover item and implant. Then just play defensive and go even on primary. For new players and those unpracticed with the team, they are D teir. It's really hard to succeed (bespoke only) But if you know what you are doing I can see them in upper B lower A area

@@DodgethisCZ you can build it all specialists in 1 box. You just have to kit bash slightly, just a simple arm swap. Def not worth a second box. I like the skinner on the heavy gunner which is basically the only choice you will make.

@@DodgethisCZ 1. Place you're recover item on your 'strong' or wherever is safe. In cover and possibly on an objective. Then just move on it, easiest op in the game. 2. For implant: Advance 3 or 4 melee capable ops in conceal to get implant on tp2. Dogs are great for this. And focus on scoring it early. If your opponent is weak In melee consider leaving them at 1 wound IF the enemy has already been activated to keep them safe with a shield charge. Keep your best guns back and use cover to punish and ward the enemy from advancing. Gl
