I assume Ramer had a stuck throttle and'or was trying to go from P13 to P1, on Lap 1. I, also, assume he is ok. Might have spooked a few Horses, though, if the Tale i was told, is true, that there are Horses, living, in a Cave, underneath the Auto Speedway/Horse Speedway. My Ass, there are. Hay, if ever you are tired of filming,from the same locale, maybe, you could film a Heat Race/Hot Laps/Anything, from the point of view of the Folks, over there where Ramer hit the Guardrail, please. Would be interesting to see the Track, from a different point of view, if only for a moment. Just a suggestion, not a complaint, in any way, shape or farm.

Certainly not a Javelin. It looks to have a mid/late 80's Pontiac Gran Prix or possibly a Chevy Monte Carlo SS nose in it so assume its a GM mongrel of some sort. Imagine the body rules aren't real strict in that class.
