If I was the one doing the work on that tractor I would start with the engine first and foremost because the engine is the most costly thing on that tractor compared to the tires the reason I say to work on the engine first is because what’s the point of buying tires for it if you the engine is no good besides like I said the engine is the one that’s going to be more costly than a set of tires

I can bet the reason why the previous owner sold it was because of the low compression on those cylinders that you had checked on
