We can. Exfoliation should not be done more than once or twice per week considering ur skin. Other that, this natural remedy is quite effective. I occasionally use tomato paste with rice flour as a scrub. Glow and bright skin has been my result. Please refrain from overdoing it though. Don't we see branded scrubs being marketed? We just blunderly purchase those. Only when it comes to traditional/natural remedies, we all raise our questions!! Duh!

No im not trying to put down any natural products here. Im just stating the facts. Scrubbing your face with physical exfoliants may look like its giving you instant brightness whereas it’s actually damaging the barrier little by little. Or I’m sorry maybe you know better than the dermatologists or doctors who have spent almost 7 years of their life to actually study and research about all these. Also im only talking from personal experience. I’ve seen videos like these in the past and followed them which has left my barrier damaged and sensitive. And im only trying to state what the doctors have told me.

@@niv9842 these days doctors and dermatologists you are talking about are becoming marketing people, who ask you to avoid such but prescribe you treatments like dermabrasion, laser as such, which can be veryyy dangerous to our delicate skin. No offence, I am not talking about all the docs here. Most, though. Btw, exfoliation is a legal treatment dermatologists and some doctors do in their clinics/hospitals. Fyi.

@@niv9842 Here some people have no willing to believe this sis..But you're right..I too tried so much natural facepacks, scrubs it caused to much acne too much pigments too much scars ohh god..but now everyday I'm regretting for that..Actually of it's a natural or tubed scrubs both isn't good for skin barrier we can use chemical exfoliant..But if we tell this there is a group to refuse it..So many influencers actors influencing them..And some people blindly trust them..They worsening their skin by their own bare hands without knowing🙉

Sugar crystals are harsh for face skin and this ll irritate the skin more.

That is for too sensitive skin... I use sugar scrub but I never got irritation. Just you have to use it gently. It'll give you good results... I definitely won't recommend if you have sensitive skin....

Pls don't do this I got prescription form doctor to not do this because sugar makes micro tere in our face and later it becomes visible I mean after few years even if they are not visible bacterias make up or other things can easily enter our face
