Modi thinks about the welfare of the country and the people; his plans and projects are directed towards it without giving least scope for corruption. There is no question of elements like insider or outsider about Modi. He delivers on his promise mostly. People understand him and want such a leader to be at the helm. This is why he and his party is most preferred by the people.

He has fixed the public banking system almost destroyed by UPA2, he has fixed Kashmir issue best way anyone could, he has called bluffs of Pakistan, Modi has handled economy and covid efficiently, he has tried remove infeority complex from Indian mind, he has taken serious steps in rolling out preventive healthe care with steps like building toilet, giving gas cylinders, he has rolled out health insurance scheme for the needy. The list can go on. Hos works speak for him.

He is a hard working person and trustworthy that’s why people love him.

Why doesn’t Fareed say that the most of the American Presidents in the recent past have been privileged insiders! Modi is 100% an outsider! Unlike the Ghandis he doesn’t come from a privileged class. Hi guys, you are all probably partially right. The point is Modiji knew the pulse of each section of the community which are in all reality and practicalities concerned are religion based. Unlike the majority among the muslims and christians, the priority of the majority among hindus are not so much about religion and god. They are generally selfish and are running after money, development and material comfort. Modiji is basically ensuring that the wishes of that selfish majoroties among hindus are fullfilled and the concerns of the majority muslims are undisturbed.

But the skillful journalist does not credit Modi with what all he has done to the people to back his popularity . There Zakaria is silent. He is as skillful as Modi is. While Modi is positive terminal of scheme of things Zakaria and hls ilk are negative terminal. One question. Will he be able to manage a country of this proportion. It is one thing being editor of Economic Times weekly and an altogether a different thing being a successful PM of India.
