I’m in the USA and I don’t support this escalation. The current administration supports it but the other top Presidential candidates, Robert Kennedy, Jr., Donald Trump and Jill Stein don’t support it. Ukraine should take the peace deal. Plus Zhelenski´s presidency has finished, so there should be another election or a resolution from the Ukrainian Parliament (the representatives of the people) to have a say in those matters now. This is another show for Zhelenski to appear as the legal president, which he is not.

Ukraine also with an overwhelming majority voted against membership in NATO so why is the countries sovereignty being compromised and the UN acting like it is Ukraine’s representative government? Ukraine is not a member of NATO nor do they want to be so why is Zelensky speaking at this peace summit that’s what I don’t understand? Zelenskyy wants membership and power. Putin is willing to talk why was he not invited? This was a huge snub and that’s why Putin gave the Ukrainian people an open door to save their country. Zelenskyy signed an order that this negotiation process with Putin can’t be discussed. They need to take this offer so they have a country left. Zelenskyy has been grand standing for months and demanding countries help. He thinks American taxpayers are his bank and US citizens are tired of being debt slaves for generations for unnecessary wars and out of control spending. Zelenskyy is a dictator and his actions toward his people have proven that. I heard he has a list and wants anyone investigated that is critical of him IDK if that is factual I can’t find anything on it but a certain platform would not have reported lies due to accuracy in their reporting. Zelensky is quite the little actor he was known for and just look at a once beautiful country under his leadership.

Zelenski is at the PISS summit. That's precisely what I would call it since Russia is not participating.

It is, by definition, impossible to hold a "peace summit" with only one of the parties in the conflict present. It is irrelevant how many other nations you invite. It is like sayng that you're clapping with only one hand. Only NATO would think that such a thing is sane, or rational. What an enourmous waste of money, time, and resources, while Ukrainian troops countinue to die in droves, unnecessarily. Shame on Zelensky. Shamen on NATO. Shame on the US. For example, you were pointing out that a Swiss politician was criticising the government's staging of the ridiculous " peace conference" but it was impossible to hear what the politician was saying because of the extra loud and unnecessary background music. Switzerland insulted the legacy of neutrality in the worse way and by supporting this Washington led conflict threatens to bring Europe into direct conflict with Russia. Had Switzerland remained neutral it could have played a true intermediary peace making role but now it blew it and chose intransigence and ongoing war.
