Farage will 'help Britain' by campaigning for Trump, says Reform leader

There has been big news for the party today, with Nigel Farage announcing he will not be standing as a candidate - but he will be campaigning for the party.
In a statement, Mr Farage said while the general election is "important", November's US election "has huge global significance" and he wants to help with "the grassroots campaign" there.
Asked about Mr Farage's announcement, Mr Tice says he is "completely right" in saying the US is an important ally and his work is in "Britain's interest".

It's said that 8000 Normans, after Hastings, came to settle in England with a population of 2.5 million. An increase of 0.32%. In 2023 1.2 Million settled in a country with a population of 66 million. An increase of 1.81%. That's an increase 5 times larger relative to the population size and we're comparing that with an epoch ending war and invasion that changed the history of England forever.

@@ayoa.o.9966 The issue is the chart could go back to long before 1066, to roughly 620 IE the Saxon migration, it was only about 8.000 Normans who moved to Britain in the 10 years after 1066, it was mostly nobility who moved from Normandy to England. The fact so few people did move over after the Norman invasion is why the Normans has a very hard time governing the nation and were forced at great expense to build castles all over it.

I suspect far more centre voters, who used to be labour, the ones that put Boris in power have since been forced to consider voting for a party right of the current conservatives. From my perspective, I have always been a centre left voter, its not really me who has changed, I want the same issues to be dealt with that I always have, its the political parties that have vastly shifted their polices and thus positions on many issues, as such I see little choice but to vote reform.

Feels like Sunak scored a Messi type World-class goal & knocked out England in the World Cup. UKRGMPN (maths profs) said ReformUK was on track to replicate GE2010 clegg mania by breaking 20% barrier in an autumn winter GE. But Sunak scored a world-class Messi type wonder goal in calling a snap surprise GE. A slim lab majority (about 2 seat's) or a woke lefty unpatriotic pact is now predicted by the Maths Profs (who have never been wrong since starting their predictions in 2010). Ed Davey indirectly harmed working class post masters like Jess Kaur (forced into a mental unit) & Seema Mishra (forced to give birth in a jail amongst violent criminals). Lib Dems were cruel to brown asian workers as 50% of SPM's unfairly jailed were Indian Hindu's or Panjabi Sikh's & the other 50% were nice white working class folk like the bloke who did suicide & nice Mr Bates. Cold War 2 will be a huge issue in GE24. Gr8 conscription idea by Sunak as defence is a huge growing concern vs axis of evil (Puttin Xi Iran Kim Hamaz, etc). Labours Reeves was very weak on bbc Kunesberg & refused to invest in Defence, but Labour will increase inward immigrationz. Labour is only promising to do a vague defence review and that's rubbish as UK faces scary threat of WW3. Look at my past 1000 posts, as I am a big past basher of Rishi. But give credit where it's due. Conscription a great idea by Rishi as defence really matters to prevent a hot nuclear WW3 by axis of evil. Profs say Greens & SNP will do well as millions of younger voters feel betrayed by Starmers biggest broken promise on Labours £26B green plan. Sunak out maneuvered ReformUK by calling a snap GE24 as they were on track to break the vital 20% polls barrier by autumn to xmas (with a big boost from the Brexits Top Gun Farage similar to Clegg mania in GE2010). Portillo is spot on about Starmer being very vague like a slimy snake oil or dodgy door to door salesman. No deep wide big details = no plan & vague murky details = big fat con trick plan. Great show mate

"Compared to the average European country, Britain today has a backlog of 4.3 million homes that are missing from the national housing market as they were never built." Fair enough this is governments fault not immigrants but it wouldn't make sense to keep massively increasing the population whilst this is still a problem. That amount of homes isn't going to be built overnight.

If there is a big shift in peoples opinions and reform uk do get voted in for what ever reason , I’m just hoping they actual have a plan in place ,because as we’ve seen with previous and current governments, if they break promises, or stir the ship in the wrong direction the general public won’t stand for it, …. if they do get in , hopefully they’ll bring something new to the table and unite the people and the country so we can all face the challenges that lie ahead ….as the old saying goes….team work makes the dream work 👍
