in my opinion Joseph Seed is the best Far Cry villain if there he is a villain

Vaas from FC3 was awesome too, Hoyt was a big turn off.

The become the villain seems like what transpires after Joseph Seed's resolution in Far Cry New Dawn.
This music is very helpful for when you feel defeated with life.

Well it is an ambient tune, so I would imagine they didn't put all of the songs to the soundtrack. This was originally in Far Cry 5, and it is one of the ambient ones.

I heard this particular part when I liberated a safe house. It's so calming.

You will find it in Jacob's trial after surviving and in the Joseph's book after saving your family members 👍
