I am a NEW Birkenstock owner & I just bought 2 new pairs, my daughter also purchased a pair herself and they are some of the best sandals ever! I purchased a cleaner kit when I bought my sandals but never used it till 3 weeks later. I googled & KZreadd everything and your channel was the best info and hands on I've seen. Thank you so much! So I live in AZ and I cleaned my Birkenstock and the bottom got really dry is there anything I can do?

I love, love love my old narrow, high arch Arizona Birks... It seems like the high arch has been discontinued. Do you have any recommendations on what shoe would be the best replacement?

Correct, the high arch has been discontinued. If the original Birkenstock arch isn't quite high enough for you, you can always try Aetrex or Vionic. So I have suede Arizona style Birkenstock’s. I have really bad water stains on the straps not the foot bed. What do I do to get them out.

You'll want to use the nubuck block and suede brush to try and work out the stains from the suede straps. We all get a little moody sometimes...deep breaths and a time out work for me. ;) I think you're asking about muddy Birkenstocks...if so, we answer that question at 04:32 in the video. Hope this info helps!

I just bought a pair today and applied cork sealer all over the footbed of my right shoe after watching this I am so upset! :( I got an “Arizona BS” if I send them to you is there anything you can do?? Please help!

Oh no! You are going to need a Recraft done - you can either go to our website www.desertbirkenstock.com/birkenstock-repairs and follow the instructions there on how to get your shoes to us, or call us Monday - Saturday 10am - 6pm 702-638-8008 and we can go over it with you on the phone.
