It's just not practical to prepare for an event with such a low probability of occuring. Much better to avoid the situation by "situational awareness". Stay out of the 7-11 parking lot at 4:45 AM. Physical fitness is a separate issue. Obviously, physical fitness has health benefits. Mental health is important too. Most people need a "positive focus". You would say "staying close to God".
