Back in the 1980s you could buy video tapes by mail order (there was no internet back then) of nothing but a fireplace. A lot of people thought it was stupid. Today we can't get enough of this type of thing. I like these types of scenes along with some rain and the occasional thunder outside. Perfect for reading or studying.

This is perfect, and I'm so glad this video happened into my recommended feed. The ambiance doesn't sound like a stale loop, and the owls aren't super loud and hooting every three seconds. The fire crackling is just enough to tickle the ear, and the wind isn't too loud to have to turn it down to enjoy. New favorite ambiance to fall asleep to, well done!

Even though I don't have MDD like you, I sometimes get depressed. Symptoms seemed to mainly appear when the body was tired or when sleep was disturbed due to caffeine intake. @@Choolutter one thing about the cold, is being warm and cozy inside. The smell of something wonderful (Beef Burgundy) in the oven, a roaring fire and good company. If you really want it awesome, giant snow flakes falling outside the windows 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I grew up in MN where it was pitch dark at 4:30pm. You had to find the beauty in the darkness.

I love your sleep video's watched many of them but yours are fabulous and you have a great selection of darker screen ones to choose from which are great for falling asleep. If the sreen is to bright it makes it hard to fall asleep. Thx good night everyone hope you all rest easy and peaceful to melt away this worlds stress. I know i will. 😊

Well I know that these sounds are so much better and relaxing to listen to than what it sounds like in there. I don’t know how you can have a phone in prison to listen to this, but if I were in prison and I had access to a phone I’d definitely be listening to this too or preaching and gospel music because I don’t know how I would get through it without God. I hope everything turns around for you someday. Lean on the Lord 🙏🏼
