The story could(fan theory) Mr fantastic tries to stop an unknown force in the beginning of the movie and invents a machine trying to drain the force's power but causes the end of the world as well. Then they try to go in the past and stop his mistake but instead go way back in time, i.e. 1963 they have got no way home so they accept this timeline as their home and reed advances the past but this disturbance in the past causes TVA to interfere and sending Galactus and silver surfer from other universe to stop the fantastic four and they succeed and Galactus at last eats up their earth which makes the fantastic four move to another dimension but reed stays there seeing his world getting destroyed and the unknown force from the beginning comes and manipulates reed and this force is doctor doom and now reed is a maniac becoming evil Mr fantastic and joins hands with doctor doom

Here is the theory: in last Galactus consume their earth and fantastic 4 fail to save it where as in doctor strange 2 post credit we see doc with that white haired witch (naam vul gaya😅) went to stop the incursion and save fantastic 4 team with their portal and ask to save their earth which is a way to lead them to secret wars.
