Not to mention the precariously close names and designs of some of them. My personal favorite is Terminate the Tower, since it gives you access to all four Spire themed cards.

What a great update! Really goes to show how polish in visuals, tooltips, and ui can take a game from feeling “hobby project” to feeling “professional award winning game”

I love the way you said "Oh my god it's a foiled charred lizard!" with such an enthusiasm, it felt like opening an original charizard!

Can confirm not a balatro clone. When people were talking about balatro I got confused cause this game was what popped in my head first.

Super happy to see this game with the new look. I commented before that I actually prefer this over Balatro and I definitely think the previous art for this game held it back a bit. Now seeing the new art + the new card mechanics definitely makes me eager to play the 1.0 release! I will say that the mechanics do take a bit of time to get used to in the beginning...

Yeah, afraid to voice this on the internet but I prefer this to Balatro as well. No shade to Balatro which is also good, I just am definitely surprised I can't open my eyes on roguelike Twitch or KZread without seeing it _still._

Balatro is great and was a ton of fun and amazing for the price. But I definitely got my fill of it. This seems like it has way more replayability to me. ​@@Retromation

It's not about intelligence. House rules of black jack house stand on 17. Which means on any hand, the house hits 17 or higher they stand on, and hands lower than 17 is a forced hit for the house. Even in Vegas, the dealer plays by that same rule.
