Piano Performance by Clifford Evans of the Fantaisie Impromptu in C# minor opus post.66 by Chopin, who was well-known for his improvisatory skills and is likely to have improvised this piece which meant he didn't regard it as a formal composition. This explains why it wasn't published until after the composer's death. Hi, thanks for your lovely comment and yes the C# minor is tricky for everyone and I would recommend doing easier ones first like the F minor study opus 25 no 2 or even the Revolutionary opus 10 no 12. I 'm not planning the C# minor one yet, but I will include the 2 others just mentioned.

Thank you for your requests and I will make strong note of these. I have often taught the beautiful C# minor Nocturne but that's not in my list at the moment. I have performed the G minor Ballade in London and look forward to including that on youtTube eventually, but not until I done more miniatures to build up the audience. You make a very good choice of repertoire.
