Fanny Hensel Mendelssohn - Adagio

Women composers of the romantic era
Fanny Mendessohn (1805-1847) was a pianist and composer. She was the sister of the composer Felix Mendelssohn and throughout their lives, they had an extremely close personal and musical relationship. she composed the Adagio when she was 17 years old. The beauty of this work lies in the delicate dialogue and exchange of ideas between the two instruments, composed by her here in a sensitive manner.
