What is wrong with that judge that he allows Willis to take control of his court room, he is even helping defend her. He does not belong on the bench & should lose his job. Corruption must be in power of the entire judicial system. She is on trial she is not there as the DA. She acts like she's in charge of this case. If anybody else acted like that while being questioned the judge would not just sit there quietly. It's terrible that our justice system has eroded like this. 1 set of rules for 1 person & another set of rules for somebody else.

I'm fairly certain that opposing counsel sought to access those records via subpoena, just as they did flight records, and probably Willis's bank records as well. From listening to the full hearing it is clear that both Wade and Willis resisted those attempts. All they really had to do was to delay compliance past the evidentiary hearing. We can only hope that such information becomes available before Judge McAfee has to make his decision on disqualification. From what I saw he already has sufficient evidence to disqualify them both and Willis's entire office and have the case reassigned to another prosecutor, based soley on the reuirement that the rules requires Willis to avoid the "apperance of impropriety", even without further evidence. I do not, however see the case being outright dismissed by the judge, but rather him allowing new prosecutors to simply decide not to go forward with this ridiculous RICO case against 19 defendants. Wade may also have some legal exposure for unreported income and co-mingling of business and personal funds, but much of that depends on how his business is structured and how he filled out his tax returns for the relevant years. He has little to fear from the IRS at present because he is on Team Biden, at least until he becimes a political liability. He may well have reached that point in this hearing.

How anyone could possibly believe this cash nonsense is outrageous. These two are corrupt, lying thieves. As prosecutors they would NEVER accept these excuses if a defendant tried to use them. They would call them out as liars and send them to jail. It is also important to note that a prosecutor’s racism is supremely relevant. It’s not just a horrible quality, but it plays out in how cases are handled. The idea that Willis will not “emasculate a black man,” but would emasculate a man of another race is supremely relevant when the defendant is a member of another race. As Trump is. Any prosecutor, regardless of race, who looks at other people through a lens of race, should be summarily removed and disbarred. Racism, regardless of it’s direction, is anathema to justice.

I worked for the State Court of Fulton County before I went to law school in 1997. Fani worked in the Solicitor’s office and filed papers regularly in the clerks office where I worked. I am very polite and caucasian. I would always smile and ask her how she was doing but she never spoke a word in return. Her expression was like it was on the witness stand when she she said, “YOU GONNA TELL ME HOW TO PAY MY BILLS”. she did know me, I was polite, but I felt that she hated me. Was it because I am white?
