Top Gun in 40K is something I didn't know I wanted before now.

This was a a fun ride. The aircraft pilots in 40k need more spotlight hahah. Gonna listen to this again.

@@starsiegeRoks yeh, it's my fave. Read it over several times. Theres another one titled "Outgunned". it has a pilot as one of the main character but it's just oki.

I love the banter with Rattle and Griff. The second time around really shows the comraderie between the pilots, with the understanding they're all on the same side.

KZread really needs to get their act together, hope this one blows up for you brother.

Literally THE coolest 40k reading out there. Between the music, the sfx, and of course our wonderful narrator, this is an instant #1 for "most badass" content.

Dude... what the fuck? "BALLS TO THE WALL!!!" One of the best bombing runs EVER!

Every time I see "fang out" combined with image of fast-going vehicles, I automatically add a shouting voice into it. It always makes me think of a half-life pale boy slapping the speedy car's desert-scorched hood.

Sir I think you spilled some of your top gun in my warhammer

I like the enthusiasm in the voices. Usually when you shout youll here a restrained yell like they are trying not disturb the people next door and it takes away from the stories intentsity. The backround noises are just right and really adds to it without being overdone. Great work.

The ork jet in the thumbnail is red, you clever devil you we love attention to detail

Soundtrack was amazing. Gave me a 40k Top Gun vibe ! Then when stuff got serious you switched to a tense drum like music ... then back to 80's rock when danger passed ! There's real effort here bro i hear it :)

I have to say I absolutely love the 80s Synth vibe of this. Would absolutely love more entries In a similar manner. I feel like Pilots and their stories are an untouched gem in the 40k verse. Fantastic work as always Loremaster Vox ✊🏼

Music is perfect

I was watching some random video on the Dark Angels and thought of an idea you might find interesting: How about a story that takes place in the depths of The Rock where their main interrigator (I can't remember his name but he is obssesed with the Fallen and he has this special torture device that is like 3-foot long, curved and super thin) is busy "interviewing" a possible member of the Fallen. I think that you would do an amazing job. You do an amazing job of getting the vibe I'm imagining. Like pretty similar to your Prey Sight work. It could just be the prisoner and the Dark Angel. I wish I could remember his name! I know his methods are so hectic that he has been censured a bunch of times.

Somebody needs to make a W40K fighter pilot game... Maybe in the same style as Project Wingman or Ace Combat, if not more realistic. This story just makes me want one so damn bad.

This needs a warning to not listen while driving at night. Found myself going 30 miles over the speed limit on the thru way

The original was restricted for some unknown reason, so thought I'd try again with slightly better sound mixing.
