Been to sackeys today for a lovely breakfast and also been for fish and chips at Hetty and Betty's as seen on your videos keep them coming 😊😊

It's not on the road to Whitby Simon, it's on the A166 which goes from York to Brid. It used to be great when it was Harpers as someone else commented and I agree with them, it's gone downhill since it was taken over. Too dear now, quality very variable and portions a lot smaller - especially the fish. Best place to stop off for fish and chips on the way to Whitby for me (York-Whitby) is Eskdale Fisheries in Sleights, consistently good, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, large portions - good value.
