He did not gave up. 1, He did not obtained OFA and stayed crippled. Instead of being an childish baby he had the resolution to notice that it was not possible the way he wanted. But he turned into machines to help heroes being a hero himself in that way. 2. He did obtained OFA. Something SERIOUS happened and he had to give the OFA to someone else. Now to continue in the heroes world he turned into a science man. That a are my theorys :3. I dont think Izuku gave up, he is such an optimistic person, he really loves helping others♡♡. That sweeet cinnamon roll UwU wouldn't let his dream go. He would fulfill it in other way... i think

Bakugou’s always going to be intense It’s just going to be a more casual kind of intensity, rather than the whole screaming-in-your-face kind. He’ll be an intimidating, yet laid-back presence. Kind of like Endeavor if he was actually a good person and wasn’t so caught up in his hate for All-Might. He’ll also end up being sassy and annoying the shit out of Deku (think: Catra) I hope
