Fan the Flame (Jim Cymbala)

In Fan the Flame Video Study, New York Times best-selling author and pastor Jim Cymbala offers advice to help leaders become the kind of people God can use to ignite revival in today's church. By focusing on Acts 20-- Paul's farewell speech to the Ephesian elders-- he provides tools for personal renewal that will spark a fresh love for Jesus, a deeper reliance on God's Spirit, and a growing love for prayer.
Along the way, Jim includes stories from his own experience at the Brooklyn Tabernacle, a church he has led for many years. He offers biblical, ground-level, faith-driven, nitty-gritty advice that will encourage, inspire, and equip leaders wherever God has planted them. The Fan the Flame Video Study can also be used by individuals and groups along with the discussion questions in the Fan the Flame book, available separately.

Thank you, pastor Cymbala. What a great and awesome God we have! Just finished reading the book “Fan the Flame” you gave to pastors at the Florida Baptist Convention. Sorry you weren’t able to be there.

The Spirit is moving. More and more people are giving their lives to Christ. Satan will always try to bring Christians down and test their faith but God is supreme and even the Devil must bow down before Him ✝️

The way the Apostle Paul walked was to work creating a product he made tents. He didn't live off of other people's hard earned money. So, you can start by getting a job earn one's own money 💰. Stop using other peoples money.

ESV What then is my reward? That in my preaching I may present the gospel free of charge so as not to make full use of my right in the gospel. CSB What then is my reward? To preach the gospel and offer it free of charge and not make full use of my rights in the gospel. KJV What is my reward then? Verily that, when I preach the gospel, I may make the gospel of Christ without charge, that I abuse not my power in the gospel.
