Werewolves who have trouble controlling their bloodlust though both try their hardest to turn that bloodlust against criminals and villains rather than that of the innocent with varying degrees of success (Jack is generally more successful at this than Warwick), both have also been experimented on by mad scientists (Karl Malus for Werewolf by Night and Singed for Warwick). They contrast in that Jack is a supernatural werewolf that comes from a curse whilst Warwick is a science-based werewolf who was experimented on.
It’s heavily implied Vander from Arcane is Warwick if this is true than Jack and Warwick gain two more connections. Their stories also heavily revolve around family as Jack’s curse comes from his family line and his family (primarily his sister and niece) play a big part in his stories and he has to hide away from them to keep them safe whilst Vander is the adoptive father of 4 orphans including Vi and Jinx, whom he barely remembers and the small memories he has of them haunt him, both also starred in very well received streaming media from rival streaming services.
