I'm using Atomberg fans and found high on performance and energy savings. Now, the company is doing good at offline platform. However, after sales service depends on vendors.

No sir. You are not all correct. After sales service totally depends upon the manufacturer it self. Actually the quality of after sales service actually shows how much the manufacturer cares for its customers. Vendors are just to sale the product. And most of the vendors conflict their words which they have said at time of selling the product. Most of the offline customers rely heavily on sales persons words and get cheated because the words they say in most of the cases totally opposite the manufacturer is actually is saying

The quality of Havells products is very bad. Havells 360 care is actually zero care. My complaints are pending for the last 10 months.But Havells 360 care is useless. Better option is buy some good brands but never Havells.

I bought 5 ceiling fans for my new home but I found that Orient fans are much better and a little cheaper too which were already installed.

Atomberg is ugly

Sir your presentation on bldc fans is excellent. The products performance is excellent as shown. But my concern is, how the company handles the problems with their products in the hand of consumer. I have used atomberg Gorilla, orient and havells bldc fans. I have not had the occasion yet of testing consumer handling by havells or orient. But this problem is not handled satisfactorily by Atomberg, as follows. This company Atomberg used to sell bldc fan under name “Gorilla” in 2017. I bought three bldc ceiling fans on 29.08.2017. In 2020. The remote stopped talking to one ceiling fan. That was corona time. The fan is still running well. In 2022, I emailed the company if they can replace the remote. I sent them a scan of invoice. Instead they asked funny questions, like details of invoice, when I had already sent the scan of full invoice. Nothing beyond. So, once you have paid the cost, the company is worthless to your problem with their product. Keep this in mind. I have subsequently bought bldc fans from orient, havells.

बाकी कंपनी का तो मालूम नही लेकिन ॲटोम्बरग के फॅन बहुत जल्दी खराब हो जाते है. वह स्पीड कंट्रोल खो देते है. कभी कभी फॅन बहुत कम स्पीड पर चलता है. कम व्होल्टेज पर फॅन का स्पीड भी कम हो जाता है. ये हमने खुद देखा है. व्हेरी सॅड.
