So much incredible art, I’m a huge fan of sketches, sketch work has this spontaneous loose energy to all the line work.

Angelo 2024 - Beautiful Man-Thing! Lol that was hilarious. It's difficult to say any sentence with a name like that. Give you props for being able to say it and not laugh after. Again this event is beyond amazing! I know I keep commenting that but I have to call it as I see it.

The most affordable ones and the ones that have the potential to rise in value and resell value are the ones from the newer artists. I hope you have gotten a Manix Abrera piece of art. I got one. A lot of people got one. You can commission him to draw anything. His artworks are so unique. All the other videos and hardcore comic art collectors know him. I got 2 artworks done by Manix that day, got one from Ken Lashley, got one from Harvey Tolibao, Nick Dragotta, David Finch, Von Randal (His Transformers variants covers are so sick), Ben Templesmith and Mike Allred

No, there isn’t many forgeries of original art. Especially, if it’s coming from reputable dealers and artists at a con devoted to it. So, you won’t be seeing any photocopies of pages there. However, most commission pieces from artists that you get through by facilitators come with COAs, like Clan McDonald, 4Ccomics, etc

@@ZeroKyori I just mean when I take it to be framed it's nice to have it with the frame. You know like how they have those little metal plates to caption it. Some artist signatures are hard to figure out and people don't know who did it. I got a few old paintings and we can't figure out who painted them. Like stuff from my grandparents.

So this confirms I will never own original art because I’m poor and what I could afford would be the preliminary stuff that too me doesn’t look that appealing to display.
