In Thailand we have been told many times to never lay the LPG tank on the horizontal position. It must be stand on a vertical only. Otherwise, the inside pressure reducing valve can be damage and the tank become a time bomb. That's scary.

Dude must’ve gotten a really good deal on onions to be able to waste that much. Crazy. And, he went from touching the propane tank to touching the bread. Yikes.

The amount of masalas that the street vendor put in the food made me suspect that the masalas are adulterated as in my experience that much amount of chilli powder cannot be eaten by most of the people along with the rest of the masalas.

Red is Kashmiri Chili powder not spicy more of a red food colore. Anyways of course the quality of street food vendors is low. That's how they make profit. Same with hotels. Kulche is the best part, pure media. Just like Naan.
