Yup David Ruffin's version of i want you back is better than Michael Jackson and the Jackson Five. Too bad his Album David was Unreleased then but it finally did get released in 2004

David Ruffin was one of a kind. There was something special about the original Temps and they will forever hold a special place in my heart. I'm feeling nostalgic today. I saw the Temps musical Saturday night.

I didn't realize David was only 50 years old! Also that his family suspected foul play. Definitely a sad ending for him. Too bad he was unable to combat his demons. Thanks again for posting this. At one time there were two groups touring, both claimimg to be The Temptations. I saw a group perform at my college around 1972. So I don't know what Temps I saw, but they were really good. I still love their music.

Them was my days 💕

Woodlawn, the most legendary cemetery in the motor city. I love visiting this place and paying respects to the amazing legends! I am 20 minutes away from here!
