When a musician is highlighted in these tours, and a snippet of their music plays during the highlight, I'm always struck by the power of Time. In a way, the essence of music is timeless. Yet music also has the ability to take us "back to another time", igniting our emotions and sense memory in the process. And it's odd/shocking to see that a person who created a song/album that inspired the emotions and movement in others is now in a place where time has ceased for them. Such a powerful dichotomy.
This channel is so addictive! I started watching one and now I can’t stop lol thank you for all of this great work. This has to be so time consuming with all the research, traveling, and just all around time spent. You are so respectful of the dead. Thank you for helping us remember their contributions to us. Also your voice is wonderful. It’s like a warm ear hug to hear you. I’m so glad I found this channel!!

When Burt Reynolds died last year it dawned on me that nearly every voice actor from the film All Dogs Go to Heaven have now passed and the movie is only 30 years old. Your visit to Vic Tayback has reminded me of that. Of course, young Judith Barsi passing away before the release of the film is what makes it the outlier in these terms.

You and whoever helps you make these videos are very talented and you have a fan for life here. I was born on Halloween and started exploring Fairmount cemetery on a lark on my 17th birthday. The "gulp" moment for me is the grave of Scott Wilson. He has been a favorite of mine since I first saw him on the CBS Network showing of "In Cold Blood" in, I believe, 1972. I'm so relieved that before he left us, he made millions of new fans with "The Walking Dead", and left this world with millions of people mourning where he could have been just a footnote. I had the pleasure of meeting him twice, and the Scott Wilson I met and talked to was a real gentleman. He smiled at the stories I had to tell him. He was a pleasure to meet. I will miss him.
Such a relaxing, interesting and great thing to watch. Thanks for putting in the countless hours of research to bring these videos to “life”
Don't think there is a better channel on KZread than this one, interesting history and a chance for merry old England folks to see the final resting places of the famous across the pond. Thank you Arthur and please keep them coming
Really miss Bill Paxton, a legend
Had the privilege to meet Scott Wilson twice. A true professional and a gentleman.
Thank you for showing Nicolette Larson. She was one of the most talented and loved performers of the 70's and 80's. Neil Young called her the best harmonizing vocalist he ever worked with. She did backing vocals with Chris Cross, Van Halen, Doobie Brothers, and Michael McDonald. She not only had a Pop Mega hit but was also voted Country Newcomer of the year.
Seriously addicted to this channel! On a side note Arthur, I would do anything to hear you recite "The Raven" by Edgar Allan Poe..
Ah yes finally another installment. I love these videos tremendously...always very well produced and the music is on point. I was in the middle of a photo shoot at Forest Lawn Hollywood last March and the deer snuck up in the background. We ended up following them up the hill a bit to get pictures.
Seeing Nipsey Hussle’s grave is so depressing. Knowing someone so full of wisdom, determination & life, is buried under there forever is crazy. He didn’t deserve what happened to him. Most undeserving death in Hip Hop history.
