1.boil channa 2. Heat oil 1tsf in a pan 3.add zeera ,then hing 1pinch 4.add lal mirch,dhaniya powder,zeera powder,chat masala,kaala namak ,garam masala and roast 5.add onion, tomato,green chilli,coriander leaves 6.lemon juice in the end
