Thanks for your comment! Curious - did you find me on KZread before or after moving here? Love the Ft. King district! I’d suggest posting a room for rent on Facebook Marketplace + adding that posts to the many Ocala FB groups. Then be sure to do your die diligence on background checks and deposits etc. so you don’t get scammed. Welcome to Ocala! 😎

Would you believe I haven't yet stepped foot in Ocala. I literally spent the last two months learning how to put my home in AZ into an llc and get it rented. I am buying this home sight unseen. I have done a lot of research of the area and my realtor has been great at being my eyes. I use to have horses in AZ and really look forward to being in a small town like Ocala. There is a golf course down the road it appears. 3833 NE 4th st is my property. Older area. Not part of expansion I am guessing. @@StevenBillington

Slow is my speed. Reveling in what appears to be a modern Mayberry is exactly what old guys like me are looking for. Want crazy? Move to Miami. Want old tyme fun with old tyme low pressure people? Ocala is heaven. Sign me trapped in a sht hole called $eattle.
