Keto doesn’t use regular flour either. Almond or coconut is keto friendly.

It’s finally melting but I totally agree because I literally walked out and nearly wiped out in the mud when I went to get something out of the car since the snow and ice are melting .

Also I have to say I love how you have your list broken down and I've started to use it for myself 😂 we tend to do our shopping once a month and do a combo of Sams, Meijer and Walmart. I miss Wegmans so much! ( we invariably do a couple mini hauls for the things that you have to get when ready to use! )

They also have the Raeos at Costco, however as a kid family was always cooking sauce on Sundays. I really really like the White Victoria brand also sold at Costco. When they sampled it they served it over fresh Italian bread. If you know, you know.

Another marinara/pasta sauce/tomato sauce you can try that I really like is Newmans Own, if they have that at Wegmanns. Not sure if it’s at Walmart since I do my grocery shopping at HEB.

I live in North Pole, Alaska and it was minus 42 on our front porch this morning.

Hay everyone. How are all of you doing?? I have been watching another lady/family doing shopping, cooking and other vlogs. The lady also has (older) kids that she adopted. But the huge diffrence is, her kids being older, the Mom asks permition before she mentions her kids or anything to do with then. The Doughterty Dozen vlogs are so much like the other Mom's vlogs that it is very uncanny. The other Mom has been doing the vlogs longer. She also does the shopping with 80% less junk foods (chips, sugry treats, pops/water). And she does say "no" to her kids instead of gibing them hundreds of things they don't need in their diets. As well she doesn't spoil the kids on birthday and holliday gifts.

as a German its unbelievable the stores are open on sundays. Almost 30 years ago, they were closed saturdays at 13:30 :-) today the most people want those days backs... on weekdays the most stores (any!!) are closing at 21:00 p.m., some at 22:00

She raised a twin boy and girl when they were 10 months old and raised their 2 brothers. She raised them till they got grown and married.
