Just a sad thought I had: I feel like more Atsumu than Osamu feels scared to ever have kids by any means. But I feel they both would be scared. Because while they love each other, they both could be aggressive. I feel like it’s a genuine fear for them to have kids because…just what if? What if they end up *just like their father?* I love angst this was beautiful Hana 🤌

As a person who grew up in the same situation but I was in Samu’s place and my older brother in tsumu’s place and then my little brother was just there this made me cry. This song always reminds me of my dad and dad to say but he’s still apart of our lives. Not personally mine and my older brothers but he sees my little brother four 3 1/2 days every week and we noticed him coming home with bad bruises lately. My little brother has told a little about the bruises but none of the stories seem to add up and me and my brother recognize those kinds of bruises very well. We go to court in December. We are trying to get him away from that man. Just like our mom had done for us. It’s our turn to save our brother.

I’m so incredibly sorry that you had to endure that. I hope that you and your siblings are given the tools and time to heal and that you’ll be able to get your younger brother out of there. Nobody should have to go through that or carry such a responsibility.

@@bochraalia315hi! Sorry I never got notified of this comment and I just so happen to be rewatching this but we did go to court but we didn’t win entirely. Turns out the bruises were from my dad’s ex fiancé rather than my dad. My dad left her and moved out. He still has his custody but he’s under close supervision by multiple people police and family alike. So far he hasn’t done anything that could have him put away.

This reminds me of my father he wouldn’t hit but he yelled all the time and he was a big man. This song makes me feel like I’m not alone

This hit me on a different level... I cried, not for the twins but more so for myself. I am like atsu, protected my older brother from both of my parents my whole life and now I'm old enough to leave but I don't want to because then all their focus will be on him. I don't want him to be as broken, numb and cold to the world as I am... ouch your vids hurt me and make me realise stuff, in a good way but still ouch.

Before you read this comment, I just wanna put a TW: Mention of very heavy topics (just mention), so read only if you feel like reading it. I think I didn't say this enough, so I'll say it once more: I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS 🌺 You really have a way to write that really makes your content amazing. The way you can talk about angsty topics without getting too "heavy" with it, but still keeping it real, is amazing. I watched other videos online where there were topics like abuse or toxic relationships, but many times, it was just way too exaggerated and really unrealistic. Sometimes it was something like "Oh I get abused (and the imagination here goes wild on mixing all types of abuse you can think of without even representing them correctly), then I'm hated by the whole team for something I didn't do, then I'm abused by my team (and by the other teams as well because, why not?) as well for said thing, and then I just decide to unalive myself, but not before writing them a letter and make them regret everything they did". All that in like a 10 mins video... and I'm like "what.😀". On the other hand, you really have a talent in this. The way you portray relationships of any kind (between friends, family, lovers) is amazing. Your characters really live those relationships. When there is angst, it never crosses the line. Every time I watch one of your videos, I am sure that I won't feel bothered or uneasy, and I'm glad for that 🌺 I'm so happy every time a new video is out. It's like reading a book or listening to an audio book, and I love reading 😊 For this video in particular, I loved the way the boyfriends supported them. It was so sweet, and now I'm crying 😅 It really melted my heart. Also, I love this song, so double win ✨️ Keep going, and don't forget to take care of yourself first. Both your mental and your physical health should be your top priority so, when you don't feel too well, just take a deep breath and a break, eat a cookie (or anything you like 😂) and just do whatever you like for the rest of the day 🌺

i love this song but it ahead makes me cry because i personally relate to it. when i was around 2-14(now) me and my siblings all had different dads and they all happened to be abusive and i feel for the song because like i said, i relate. mr siblings and i’s dads would try and arrest my mom and we’re just physically and mentally abusive and my siblings look a lot like their dad but sometimes i get told i look like an exact replica of my dad and have the same personality so this song being about being like their dad and looking almost exactly like him and saying it’s part of the family line either way really hits close to home so personally or whats makes me cry. I also just wanted to say for anyone else with similar situations that you’re not alone just make sure to take care of yourself and just try to about whichever parent it is but not too much to the point they catch on, but just stay away from them, and once you’re ready tell it to some one you really deeply trust and know they wouldn’t tell a non trusted adult or start going telling anyone. do i just wanted to tell you all that you aren’t alone and you’ve got this!!! No cause this hit my home, my twin was in Osamu’s place and I was in Atsumu’s, but it’s true, no one should feel guilty besides the person who caused harm, my brother learned that but I’m still learning even though I understood, me nor my brother deserved it no one does.

As someone who this hits crazy close to home with I think is this super well done and I loved it!

I’m so glad that you liked it, tho I’m sorry that you can relate to it so much. Writing sensitive topics like these is always tricky; I want to tell these kinds of stories but I always get scared that I might not be respectful enough toward the survivors of similar situations. It has to be handled with care and compassion and while I do my best I will never not worry about misrepresenting their experiences (obviously accounting for some liberties in terms of adapting it to the medium of storytelling.).

Personally I feel you do a great job of portraying it well, and handing these kinda things properly.

I know this video was made a while ago, but your voice conveyed the story so personally, and it comforted me so much. the song reminded me of my father and my younger self, and even though i didnt have a twin to share it with, the video makes me cry and feel better. i think i've overcome what happened in the past, but hearing one of my favourite fictional characters 'go through' something like me, fills my heart with serotin and happy feelings 😊😊 love your videos as well!! very good for before bed 😭😭

... uh YES! I mean I don't know the context and often times older generations don't always realise that the way tehy were raised and how they raise their children is abusive (not an excuse tho). Fact is, all studies show that hitting children has only negative effects on the child's development. Keep in mind that I'm not a professional in that field. However, ut and foremost make sure that you are safe and no, you are not at fault for getting hit. It is not and never will be okay.

i realated to Osamu way too much, i am the youngest of my family and was shielded from my dads abuse by my mom...i hated my self, even though it wasn't my fault and i couldn't do anything about it.

so from experience of mental abuse from my mother what Ushi said was true I have to lie a lot so I wouldn't get yelled at and so I can perfect my twin brother my sister did the same before she was kicked out by my mother but hopefully it gets better but to pile on that im also home schooled and have no social life but if you do need help seek help im getting help from my family my dad is vary helpful he helps a lot and my other older siblings so if you need help seek help 😊🤗

Honestly I relate to this song, obviously except the hitting part and the mom leaving with the kids. I also am not close with my brother at all so that part doesn’t work. I do know most of the song by memory

TW if this brings any havy topic: This song reminds me of when my father yelled and sometimes hit me, my siblings and my mother. My mom finaly got divorst with him but becuse that my order brother has depresion, I have depresion and I'm scered of people, my older sister has other problems (I'm not exacly sure what problems), my mom overthinks too much, my yunger siblings cry when someone yells at them. And my father is still an alcocholic. I hope it het better :>>
