Family travel can be luxurious, easy and fun. I wasn't sure that could be the case for us now as a family of four, but Four Seasons Punta Mita proved it to be true. This tropical Mexican paradise is so effortlessly stunning, with 2 gorgeous beaches, incredible pools, a Lazy River that will delight all ages, and a cultural center that offers everything from, cliffside yoga to tequila tasting to releasing baby sea turtles!
The property is set along a point, with access to two separate beaches each with their own personality. The views of the pacific from both are jaw dropping. The rooms, especially the ocean view 1 bedroom suite, had ample space to make ourselves at home, including a plunge pool and pullout sofa bed for our little girl.
The Four Seasons Punta Mita excels in so many ways, but above all, the food is outstanding. Aramara gives you a taste of Asian & Mexican fusion, and Bahia located on the beach is a dinner we will never forget. The daily breakfasts, churros cart and drinks for Mez are not to be missed either.
Kids are treated so well on property with the Kids for All Seasons kids club and crafts that come to the room. The pools were well designed so that kids and adults can enjoy (and there's plenty of space if you want some solitude). Releasing sea turtles was the highlight for my daughter, but she really enjoyed the golf cart rides, the beach hammocks and cabanas and the fresh coconuts!
We had 4 days there and I wish we had 14--this was a true vacation for all of us and somewhere we will never forget!
