KJZZ 91.5 FM Phoenix reports on the upcoming Family Forms Clinic, hosted by the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County's Law Library Resource Center (LLRC). The Family Forms Clinic, which is being held on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the LLRC's Downtown location, (101 W. Jefferson Street in Phoenix)
Members of the community can get aid in completing Family Court forms regarding changing or modifying child support, establishing paternity and legal decision-making, and the divorce and legal separation process, among other forms.
The Family Forms Clinic is hosted by the LLRC, in partnership with the Arizona Legal Center and the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Volunteer law students will provide help with completing Family Court forms.
To save time, it is recommended anyone attending the clinic should fill out the court forms to the best of their ability ahead their appointments. Court forms are available on our website.
