What I like about this version of Family Feud is that the questions are practical and I could actually learn something. Like that unwanted advice question. Now I know what not to do.

Seeing what grew up with I've lost excitement after a few times. Today's commercials may never show again unless care to reminded of insanity

The commercials are particularly evocative of the times, 1979 American TV. Plus the big hair and tacky clothes of Family Feud contestants. Early Family Feud is/was a time capsule ;-)

None of those occupations are glamorous outside of what Hollywood attempted to make them for viewerships throughout the decades.

He injured his ribs while doing a ad campaign for ABC that year. The "Still the One" campaign ABC had that year involved the network's stars (Daytime and primetime) on hot air balloons. And Richard fell off one of those balloons and he injured his ribs. Eventually he recovered

'Cause he's a perv, and no one wanted to balk and miss out on a chance of winning a dollar. The people who allowed it are as guilty as he is.

No, there was a part on the contract to allow (or not allow) physical contact. Almost every lady allowed signed okay because back in the day, kissing was a form of endearment and welcoming, and being kissed by a celebrity was a dream. The contestants on FF were never forced to do anything of that sort.
