The family of the late Buffalo City metro councillor Ntombikayise Tom, says they are struggling to come to terms with her death.
Tom died in an East London hospital yesterday from gunshot wounds she sustained in an attack on her in January this year.
She was shot by an unknown man when she arrived at her Mdantsane home after an ANC rally. Her alleged killer is still at large.
