He’s got a great mom! I’ve seen too many siblings get neglected when one has intensive medical needs. When my friend was diagnosed with cancer as a kid his parents went the opposite way she did. Intense jealousy between him and his brother, even to this day.

Beautiful and strong family.. Alize’ is a rare gem and a once in a lifetime soul.

The way that Alizé speaks to Andre and assumes that he can understand him...that’s how it should be and it is beautiful to see. I hope he pursues some kind of care-based profession (special education teacher, PSW, nurse, social worker etc.) because he seems like he was made for it.

Her oldest son is amazing, but what a big responsibility for such a young man. He has taken on the responsibility of the male role in the family, helping to care for the two small ones, not only at home but on family outings as well, he is truly special and I pray he doesn’t get worn down by it all.

His mum makes sure he gets alot of playtime, special outings, and adventures that allow him to be his generous, loving self while learning selfcare ♥️ My boys thoroughly enjoy his company and they all hoon around being kids and having a blast.

Absolutely. To each thier own, but I wouldn’t let him do the medicine part. Something could go wrong and he could feel responsible. That would be tough.

Watching Alize care for Andre had me in tears, what a sweet young man. We should all be so lucky to to have someone care for us the way he care for his siblings. What a remarkable kid!

Alize is an amazing young man, an absolute credit to his mom. Andre is a gorgeous little man the younger sister is beautiful too. Can totally relate to how mom must feel after losing Ace, so heartbreaking. Mom you are doing an amazing job raising your beautiful children ❤🧡💛💚💙💜

What a beautiful family you have. I work with disabled childern it's my lifes work. I wouldn't change it for the world. I work with children like Andre my job is to give the childern a fun day of activities at pre school. Seeing Andre's smiling face brings back so many memories of my pre schoolers who are all grown up now.

What a beautiful family. This mother has been through it and back - stronger for it, full of love. I feel her anguish and cannot imagine her pain - I have 21 year old triplets. I remember the anguish. The sad thoughts almost brings me to my knees and I was blessed with 3 babies. God bless this wonderful family

I'm 27 years old and Alize makes me really want a big brother just like him. I love that he always cares and wants what's best for Andre. He should be nominated for Sainthood, but I know he'd turn it down as humble as he is.

My sister has RETT syndrome, nothing alike, just know how incredibly hard it is, how incredible the stress and wear is on every day life , my mother was 17 when she was born. This family is WONDERFUL in how they interact and how they view their “given” life. !! Being able to see the child the person and the love and joy behind the disabilities/ difficulties....it’s evrything ...says EVRYTHING!! My sister Liney is 55 now and I Sòley am 45 ...our favorit thing to do to day is going to classical music concerts, (the Doctors said she wouldn’t live long and that she would not be ANYTHING yes like that, to 19 year old parents). We are Icelandic

This video just breaks my heart knowing that Andre's family loves him that much, but in the back of their mind constantly fearing that he might pass at anytime .. This take me back to when I was young and my dad was very sick, I remember, I wanted to hear so bad that my mom would have good news and he was doing better. I waited everyday for good news, but that never happened. He passed when I was 11y/o, now I'm 27. I hope Andre live a long life.

I became sick at age 7 and had to at 16 learn how to take care of my own PICC line port. This little man is doing amazing and if he wants to help and do it and enjoys it (to me it’s cool and amazing and fascinating) then let him help. Able bodied people don’t understands this is the same as him giving him a bottle and cuddling with him. He’s helping him live and eat and do whatever he needs to do and little boys are willful and will do it anyways. Hell ya little man you’re going to become an amazing father one day and generally amazing person. 💖
