Sir ji if Family Court is already established then JMFC( Judicial Magistrate of First Class) has no jurisdiction to decide child custody under Domestic violence Act.....is this right ?.... please Guide on this

You are correct if there is family court then child custody cases will be heard by the family court but if in a district there is no family court then jurisdiction has been assigned to judicial magistrate first class
