Sure Mam..... section 19 of Family Court Act, 1984 deals with 'appeal'. Under CrPc, CPC and any other law, an appeal will lie from any order of Family Court before the High Court within the period of 30 days. A order being passed with the consent of parties is not applicable for appeal. Mam, I hope you got your answer😊

@@EduPlanet 30 days dikha Raha h.mere case 125 crpc Mera husband appear bhi hota tha but written statement Ni diya.or phir court hi aana chhod diya.to court me ex party Kar diya.uske do saal baad mere husband ne revision daal diya.mai ab Kya kru

@@vandanaojha4727 Mam, as per general rule, an appeal shall lie within 30 days in case of Family Court Act. But according to proviso to Section 126(2) an application to ex- parte decree must be filed within 3 months. My suggestion to you is to approach a good lawyer who can find loop holes.
