I went to that hotel too! It was awesome! Had a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, dining room, and everything you could imagine!

Me and my daughter loved this video. We live in both NYC and isla verde villas Del Mar on the 14 floor with a balcony staring at the ocean. We just got back to NYC we were there for 1 year due to COVID why be in NYC when we could be chilling at the beach & pool.
Great place was there last year

Mar Bella is my #1 air bnb to stay at. Incredible beach views and for a little less $$$ you can rent a city view apartment. Either way you can't go wrong. As far as buying goes, the units are way too over priced! But if I could've afford it, it would buy there. Glad you all had a fantastic time. Thank you for posting.

There is Vivo Beach Club, and I think some hotels if you buy certain things like brunches, and such.
Heard that people from there are friendly...
Nice beach, I stayed there when shopping for a place to buy, but I'm not a fan of the tourists areas like Isla Verde.

Ever heard of the most famous Mare St Clair Hotel within the Isla Verde Beach neighborhood? Used to be known as ESJ Azul.

The neighbor is not super safe but not terrible either in my opinion but I don’t live in that particular area. I think theft would be the biggest issue. As for that beach, if the ocean is rough, it’s really dangerous, a lot of people do drown.

@@lorienders1017 you should be fine, just be aware of your surroundings and if you have a car lock it and don’t leave anything visible. This place is like any other place, anything can happen anywhere.
