This was such a fun and insightful episode. I watched the Ultimatum and enjoyed Mal's ability to navigate, now knowing something so new and personal with patience, grace, integrity and self respect not to mention the emotional intelligence. Kim, you killed this interview! I loved that you brought the questions back to the money and business while leaving breathing room for personal questions because business is personal. Great episode!
