Blen shanegro Nas is not a Nigerian immigrant . He is a descendant of enslaved Africans who were kidnap and forcibly brought to the Americas though slavery (in this particularly case N. American) who built the United States of America. Africans were in America in bondage for over 150 years (1619 actually even earlier then this) before the united states was actually form into a country and had gain its independence from Britain in 1776. Which means those Africans were literally some the first natural born citizens of a new country called “The United States of America” formed in 1776. There would be no United States country/empire if has not been for those brave Africans whom built it from the scratch up. Thanks to technology today Nas was able to traced his roots back to Nigeria. He was pleasantly shocked way when he found out. Nas loves Africa . He looks up to Africa . Everyone should look up to Africa .

This is so good on all levels. It's hightime musicians start advocating for the good of Nigeria. But then, is that ever really going to happen on a larger scale when most of the so called musicians don't even respect their fans. There needs to be balance. We need musicians like davido and wizkid, we also need musicians like Falz. When you go to the club will you use this song to turn up? Will you play this song at your wedding? Simply choose who you want to listen to and be going.
