Seeking Shelter is the next quest up for the Skyline expansion in Fallout 76. After speaking to Audrey, you find that she needs a part from the Shenandoah Visitor Center. Go see Kevin who has been locked out of his bunker and clear out the weirdos - cultists - before collecting the last and returning it to Audrey. Misc consumables, ammunition, and plans for a naked favorite, the railway rifle. This one is bloodied and creatively named ticket to revenge.
