It's out now.

A possible lore explanation is that it was a mascot intended for marketing campaigns by nuka cola. They would've shown their support for the military by making their mascot a power armor.

Dude your character creations are quite impressive. You really know what you're doing there. So here's my request/suggestion... Can you do Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2? I'd really like to play as him... imgur.com/a/Gmt1EiT I found this on Reddit. Well, it looks like him somewhat to some degree but there is no guide, sliders etc. so I really messed up it... Thanks, I really appreciate it. I had to take a break from making characters a little while back due to work changes but I’m back at it now. I will see what I can do. 😁👍🏼 I hope to have a new character out soon. Hopefully I can come up with a Arthur that looks close to the real one.
