As one of Appalachia's primary gold bullion vendors in Fallout 76, Minerva travels with the Blue Ridge Caravan Company to various locations throughout Appalachia. She carries with her camp, armor, and weapon plans and sells them for 25% off standard in-game pricing. She sometimes has a plan or two that is exclusive to her as well. This week, there are two such plans in the Sloccum Joe’s Power Armor Paint and Brotherhood of Steel minigun paint. Additionally, pick up plans for a meat bag stash box, arctic marine armor set, Crusader Pistol, or the Gauss minigun. Pick up those exclusive Minerva plans first - they are not nearly as frequent in her inventory as some of the others.

The arctic marine armour and the crusader pistol are more expensive than they should be.
The crusader pistol is not tradeable ? It’s a daily ops reward like bos recon armor and secret service armor it is bound to you only .

That pistol was a bit of a let down imho.
i wonder if anyone uses the Arctic marine armor. its only good for one variant of D.O imo. the rest of the time you have to deal with getting un tradable ( cant mule if you hit your scrip limit) drops because you learned it.

It isn't always about facts and figures. I personally wear my Arctic marine set when I want to use long-range semi-auto and bolt action weapons outside VATS. Socket both arms with the mod which aids scoped aiming and you get a completely steady rifle. Very appropriate for an American marine I think! The role-playing aspect is often more important in a game like this than raw figures and DPS. This is especially the case for high level players who pretty much have no choice but to make their own goals and amusement once the SCOREBoard is complete.

I use full artic marine with unyielding. With a mix of fire and poison resistance, etc. So I have protection from basically everything

@@chrisyung6776secret service armour and scout armour isn't a part of the arctic armour. They are also separate armour sets.if you're going to talk atleast know this basic bit of knowledge. Smh

She's currently on sale #23 of 24. The recon armor plans are in sale #7 and 8, 8 being her big sale. Sale #2 is in nov 6 - 8 so she should have the plans around December sometime

I'm absolutely loving Gauss minigun. After over two months of trying, I've _finally_ gotten Vampire placed onto it, so it fits perfectly into my collection of vampire firearms and chainsaw. I'm a very happy camper, now. =)
Crusader Pistol is THE headline item on this sale. It should be the entire thumbnail..

What’s so great about it
