Yes, you did do something wrong. You forgot to bring jet fuel with you. And by jet fuel, I mean gallons of Quantum. Because chugging a bottle of 200+ year old soda makes your jet pack work longer.

I play on PC. And the fact that I can't quicksave/load is why I cannot play on Survival mode. I actually went back to playing New Vegas because that had a hardcore mode that was worth a damn.

This is when you make a quicksave and go on a 2 hour killing spree loop

Deacon got mine. Every time I'd try to tell him to get out, he'd go into the "You looked at my override command" loop. Eventually, after I maxed affinity and sent him back to RR HQ, he got out. But I can't use it because that causes the invisible Pipboy glitch whenever I get in it.

You want to know what sucks if trash can Carla gets in your power armor when sanctuary is attacked and you have to pickpocket the fusion core, which if your like me and send all your companions there you’re gonna get shit like this Preston hated that, piper disliked that, you know what fuck that Carla stole my power armor and they hate it when I take back what's rightfully mine.

You could just build a shack for your power armour and keep it behind an electric door. Settlers aren't smart enough to use switches for some reason.

Never happened at my game. Always had all my armors at Sanctuary which they don't attack for some reason. And when they do my power armors have no fusion cores inside them, so... no problem.

Here is a list of my power armour I lost in some way: The starting T-45 power armour. Lost it in downtown somewhere Several T-51 including a 51c, most in the middle of idk. One in nuka world and one in the sea. BOS T-60, inside the prydwen when I destroyed BOS. A Raider MK2, I left it in cola cars after I replaced it with overboss armour. I then lost the overboss armour in west part of the map. I gave a T-60 to cait and she lost it at Starlight drive in. One X-01 on top of a small building that I can't go back up as it can be only accessed by Jet pack Stolen T-60 from Atom cats and I lost it on spectacle island after a settler died wearing it. Armour OK, frame not so much. The only one I have left is a X-01 I painted in institute colours. I also have an empty frame. And another X-01 military spec I nicked from the rust Devil but had to leave a nuka cola T-51 behind in the process. I can't look after my shit

Went to Dunwhich Borers, made it to the end. Saw the pool of water with Kremvh's Tooth in it. Dove in to get it. My PA sank like a rock, had to ditch it to swim out. Came back to at least take all my components off.

See, that’s why I don’t keep my power armor in an active settlement! The Red Rocket Truck Stop is technically a settlement, but I never settle it. I literally just stash my power armor in the garage (note I’m low level haven’t explored much and didn’t think to grab the other two suits I saw, but I have two suits stashed there)

I got 6 floors of power armor at red rocket about 25 per floor, I Minecrafted the sh!t out of red rocket. If you ever need more power armor just steal them from the brotherhood of steel or that junk yard somewhere

His technique is drawing out all the characters and then applying simple animations to the joints. The artwork is really damn good and he's been improving since he started on Game of Thrones. A paid hobby at the very least.

Tip for the problem at 0:45 take out the fusion cores when u store the armors and if u take them out while they're wearing it, they'll exit the armor too

Thats a silly notion and it would be completely your fault cause you could have easily prevented it. This is a post apocalyptic wasteland. It's completely reasonable to expect someone to steal something so valuable as a suit of power armor if given the opportunity.

I've had settlers jump in but they usually only do it if the settlements are under attack. The only time it bothered me was during the battle of bunker hill when I got out to talk to the courser and than he jacked my power armor and I had to kill him and slowly carry the parts because the game won't let you just pull the guy out for some reason.

Funnily enough, there is an animation where you take out that cable thing from your pip boy and stick in the pa(like when you open Vaults) I guess its meant to look like the sole survivor checks the stats of the pa like that. But the thing is settlers may do this too, and we know they dont have pip boys, unless given from the Vault tec workshop DLC. So they magically pull a cable from their arm then ”put it back” in their arm and it disappears agian. Lol nice fail Bethesda.

If there's an attack on a settlement that comes in waves, they'll jump in. If it's one big thing, like a Deathclaw, they'll ignore it. Because who needs power armor for something like that.

The "Scrap Everything Mod" let's you remove the hammer banging animation. I also recommend "Busy Settlers" if you REALLY want your settlers to at least PRETEND to do something useful

It's good for a long jump what did you expect it to actually it to be able to fly through the air buzz Lightyear style. It works how I would expect a real life jet pack would. Plus it's useful for gaining high ground on buildings and taking enemies down with a ground smash.

the word 'paid mods' is also right because they're mods you pay for. They're very, very tiny dlc's, and it uses a credits system that forces you to overspend cash, so yeah, people are kinda pissed.

Mark Jefferson true but fallout new Vegas felt like the world was rebuilt in a way there was a army for each side laws trade and the plants even grew back it like the last games did effect the world next your character had a lot of depth for a mute destorying a city on accident being nothing more then a mail man and if you had high intelligence you could speak Latin to the Legion it gave you so much freedom which is why it was so good new Vegas is what fallout 4 should of been instead nothing really matter the brotherhood is shit and all your choices meant nothing in the game which is sad

They never stole mine, I removed cores and stored them all in a secure location and some are on those display cases. I did however have put all my weapons in a tool chest up on a three story staircase.

And that's why we remember to take out the fusion cores when done using power armor.

That's why not only do I take out the fusion core but I also have all my powerarmor stored in the garage of the Red Rocket truck stop with the garage door closed and the entrance through the building covered with a barricade that only I can "open" using the construction mode. I started with all that since one of my settlers got on my T-45 and did not want to go down
